The PI CONCEPT team’s project in Grand Austin is a re-design of a home for a family that values details and design elements. The family, who is a fan of minimalist luxury and does not like extra decoration, wanted the design team to present the design with special highlights and details, and also to balance the need for storage, and to seek a breakthrough in the design of the partitions and false ceiling light troughs and to preserve and expand the original space pattern: therefore, the design team put a lot of thought into the location of the entrance, the false ceiling from the entrance to the living room and the original guest room wall, using The use of different materials and details, as well as the use of lines, add layers to the overall feeling of space and simplicity and magnificence. The designer designed a thin shoe cabinet and a decorative cabinet in the entrance corridor, using lines to make the position of the entrance and the original entrance ceiling array become one, with the extension of the living room ceiling light trough and stone art paint to make the design more integrated, and greatly retain the sense of space of the whole position; in the guest room design the designer removed part of the wall, using the characteristic dimming glass, greatly expanding the entire living room position, so that the Victoria Harbour The design of the guest room has been designed by removing part of the wall and using special dimming glass to greatly expand the entire living room, so that the view of the Victoria Harbour can be seen at all times.

The design of the exhibition hall is in line with the geometric and color characteristics of CityU’s new logo for its 30th anniversary. The use of angular shapes and the dominant color palette of purple and white make the hall visually harmonious with CityU’s new promotional campaign. The white panel with translucent gray color is in line with CityU’s usual simple style, while the carpet is customized with a geometric gradient that echoes the CityU logo, making it more visually appealing to CityU. In choosing the design elements, this set of solutions finally adopted the form of circuit board, which on the one hand embodies the sense of technological innovation of Shenzhen Research Institute, and on the other hand, echoes the concept of 30th anniversary of professionalism, innovation, and global mindedness, specializing in the professional field, breaking through in design style, and becoming more international, modern, and technological in the future display of research achievements.
For the design project of HDFC Medical Center, PI CONCEPT designers used the ocean as the main theme of the design and the theme of barrier-free spaciousness and comfort: one of the storage walls was decorated with a special marine wallpaper and a laminate cabinet was created to match the texture of the wallpaper and integrated into it. The other walls are decorated with bright and vivid colors of upholstery, creating a warm and cozy space for relaxation. The irregular shape of the ceiling and the wooden slats give a fresh and crisp look, perfectly matching the design theme and creating a relaxing nook.
Located at 75 Hollywood Road, Étoffe boutique has always been dedicated to bringing you a selection of quality brands from around the world. This time, PI-CONCEPT has created a tailor-made interior for Étoffe, hoping that everyone who enters the world of Étoffe will feel the surprises and leave behind wonderful memories and afterthoughts! The picturesque environment, the light of the room, and the sofa that you sit through, all allow you to enjoy the desire of the eyes and make the design enchanting.
The PI CONCEPT team made a site visit for the first time to conceptualize and construct a model house for the international hot spring area project of the Tian Mu Group in China. The theme of this project is to get close to nature and protect nature, and to create a comfortable and warm ecological hot spring for our clients by matching the health culture of the Eastern hot springs and the practical elements of hot springs! In the interior design, a large amount of natural wood and marble are used to create a natural, non-artificial texture with different levels of concave and convex surfaces to match the natural theme. The furniture is mainly made of wood, with simple lines, neat but not lacking in variation of shapes, warm colors and natural materials are heartwarming, allowing people to slowly realize the fun.
