The PI CONCEPT team has once again embraced the South Bay project with a new feel to create a comfortable home for the residents. The whole house is designed with simple colors and lines, and the new warm wood flooring adds warmth to the whole house. In response to the high floor of the South Bay unit and the storage needs of the tenants, the tall cabinets in the whole house are designed to be practical, durable and long-lasting, greatly enhancing the storage function and achieving the effect of both interior and exterior, comfortable and practical, and full of character. The design of the main room includes a small amount of blue elements in the bedside cabinet; the floor bed and desk are made of gray wood; and the gold and steel lines of the closet are used to create a personalized and stylish small world for the owner.

PI CONCEPT’s design project in Tourmaline has a strong hotel style. The owner loves marble, so the designer preserved and renovated the old dark marble flooring in black, white and grey, and removed and recreated the walls of the workers’ room in the living room. The wall of the living room is decorated with marble, leather and wallpaper: the piano will be placed in the living room, the designer used leather to create the wall and equipped with acoustic foam in it, which has a functional effect of sound insulation; and the high cabinet in the corridor wall with a small amount of gold and steel and simple color design, which greatly enhances the luxury style of the whole space, catering to the taste of the owner and the original high-end furniture configuration, creating a five-star home for the owner. The design of the corridor walls with a small amount of gold steel and simple color scheme greatly enhances the luxurious tone of the whole space.

Hong Tsui Terrace is one of the largest PSPS estates on Hong Kong Island. Located in Chai Wan, Hong Kong, next to Chai Wan Station, the estate offers a tranquil environment and some of the units have sea views, and the PI-CONCEPT designers have planned the project with a simple and fresh layout, dividing the functions and areas through decorative materials, and creating tall storage cabinets for the family to meet their storage needs. The overall layout of the home also frees up more space for activities, creating a fresh and simple small world for the family.

The Wings, located at 9 Tong Yin Street, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories East, Hong Kong, is the residential portion of a mixed-use development above MTR Tseung Kwan O Station. The main room has a special ceiling with a wheelchair installation, which allows the occupants to use, ride and change the wheelchair in the main room bed. The entrance hallway of the living/dining room is also designed with a sloping platform to facilitate access and provide a barrier-free space for the residents. The entire house is designed in white, with wood grain finishes and characteristic wallpaper as accents. The closet in the main room and the walls of the entrance hallway are decorated with concave and convex surfaces and champagne gold steel, giving the room a magnificent elegance and adding the right amount of fashionable style elements to create a magnificent and unique place for the family.

PI CONCEPT’s new design and construction project in Tai Po is a semi-open space with a usable area of approximately 400 square feet. The client is fond of Scandinavian and light luxury elements, and the actual structure also wants to include a loft bed design, so PI CONCEPT designers combined the above concepts and deepened them: the general loft will give people a feeling of oppression, so the designers cleverly used wood strips, mirrors, steel and glass elements, and light colors, and all the details of decoration and materials chosen are meticulous. The design of the loft blends seamlessly into the space without feeling overwhelming. The walls of the rooms and living room are decorated with different wallpapers, adding a touch of luxury to the overall design, and with the precise arrangement of the storage cabinets, the residence is refreshed, stylish, functional and elegant at the same time.
