The Vantage
PI CONCEPT design team contacted a young couple a year ago for a new high-rise ground floor project in Hung Hom Kai On: considering their pets, future children’s plans and storage needs, the owners wanted to free up a lot of space in the flat so that their pets could have a larger and more comfortable space to move around. The master bedroom also has a floor design to increase storage space. At the same time, since this is a home for pets and future children, the overall design is based on simplicity, with warm elements added to the color and material selection, and the beauty of simple curves, combining aesthetics and practicality to create a comfortable and harmonious home for the owners.

Wetland Seasons Park
PI CONCEPT’s design team has been working on a new project for another pair of young tenants a year ago: Wetland Seasons Park – a new housing estate with natural views located next to the beautiful wetland park in Tin Shui Wai. The design team added a number of special touches to the overall style, such as a gold steel screen separating the dining room; walls and cabinets with layers and lines; and cabinetry with a good deal of steel and clear mirror finishes; and bold wall geometric wallpaper. The bold geometric wallpaper on the walls will create a new atmosphere for the tenants to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable home.

PI CONCEPT design team worked on a new cladding design and project in Sheung Yuen. The owner of this project loves Scandinavian light luxury design, so the design team of PI CONCEPT was called in to handle the project. The ceiling and wall structure of the original units were uneven and unbalanced, so the team took great pains to turn the shortcomings of the original structure into design highlights: the team used the high floor and varying ceiling heights to create curved ceiling light troughs, together with the gold steel and wall pattern to create a unique sense of luxury, giving the dining room and guest space on the 1st floor a stunning feel. The corridor space and rooms retain the original light and luxurious style and add a lot of warm colors to add a warm feeling to the leisure space on the 2nd floor. In particular, the audio-visual room on the 2nd floor has a night sky ceiling design and a streamlined projection screen, which makes people feel like they are in a different space than a theater to enjoy an extraordinary living experience; the other rooms carry out the light luxury of the whole house, with different wallpaper, marble, gold steel and curved lines to extend the design of the living room. The rich and varied materials and the different curved lines create a different style of home for the owners, allowing them to enjoy a luxurious and stylish home.

Celeste Court
PI CONCEPT’s design and renovation project in Fung Fai Terrace, Happy Valley. The design and renovation project started from the center of the house, except for the main structural walls and the workers’ room, all other areas were dismantled and re-designed based on their living and working habits: for example, the open bar table in the kitchen can be used for the owners’ wine collection and wine tasting. The study and the master closet provide a comfortable storage area and an area to display the guitar collection, as well as an eye-catching “punch card” space for live music shows.

Unit B of Harbour Glory
PI CONCEPT’s new design and engineering unit in Victoria Harbour is a mixed-use waterfront hotel and residential development in North Point. The family was given a high degree of freedom in the planning and layout process, and the team was able to create a unique design for the unit. The team made good use of the beautiful view of the sea in the overall design of the space, so that the outdoor scenery can be fully enjoyed. The whole house is decorated in earthy colors, with different natural materials, stone and wallpaper, echoing the natural sea view outside the house, so that the overall style is coherent and brings a sense of natural space into the interior, creating a sense of leisure and allowing the residents to enjoy a natural atmosphere of a relaxed home.

Unit B of The Cairnhill
PI CONCEPT design team designed and renovated the project at the Lanyard Peak. The design of this project is a continuation of the style and luxury of the previous project, bringing the family a different sense of luxury and fashion. This project is different from the previous black and white gray concept, the design team added appropriate amount of curves and geometric lines at different locations, so that the cold and solid main tone is infused with warm materials of the home. Considering the original high floor and wide wall space, the designers used lighting, brushed stainless steel and characteristic wallpaper to create a sense of contrast between the different materials, revealing a sense of light luxury, allowing the two elements of fashion and housing to merge into one.

Vibe Centro A56 unit
The PI CONCEPT design team was once again involved in a design project for Longueuil: this project is a 2-storey rooftop unit, which is a completely different style from the previous design projects. The owner of the flat likes the British style and atmosphere, and likes different wall lines and gold and steel elements: therefore, the designer has put a lot of thought into the overall integration of the space and how to perfectly blend the opposing elements of modern and classic luxury. The designer has created a combination of different levels of floral lines on the walls of the living room, study bar and main room, with different materials such as gold and steel, wallpaper and stone to enrich the overall visual effect. Every corner is full of surprising details, constructing the ideal home in the mind of the owner and creating a unique and lively atmosphere of life.

LE SOMMET
PI CONCEPT design team was involved in the design and construction of the North Point Residence. The owner of this project likes the simple black, white and grey design and hopes to put “simplicity” into daily life, thus contributing to the simplicity of this residence: the overlapping black and white tones create tension through the materials and the design that highlights the sense of lines, and also adds great delicacy to create a flat and sharp picture, bringing a rich sense of layers, solid and not flashy.
